NOT FOR EATING
Supplies needed:
1 pint half – half milk carton (with a screw cap for stability)
1 piece of wire to hang bird house
1 spray can – enamel paint
1 1/4 x 4 inch Flat Head Machine
1 plastic 5 quarts ice cream lid
Screw with nut
Directions:
- Get Dad or Supervising Adult to cut a 2 1/2 inch hole in the milk carton 2 1/2 inches from the bottom in the center of the carton.
- Help the Adult measure 1 inch from the edge of lid on both sides. Punch holes large enough for a screw to go through.
- Push the screw through the lid and carton. Place nut on screw leaving enough space to put a wire for hanger.
- Spray paint.
