NOT FOR EATING
This wonderful activity allows the child to build a bird nest that he or she can sit on the windowsill, and then watch the birds build their nest, guard their eggs, and raise their babies.
Supplies needed:
1 plastic bottle
Garden shears
1 brick
Glue
Directions:
- Cut a round opening (1 1/2 inches diameter) in the bottle, 3 inches from the bottom, and in the center.
- Punch air holes in the bottom of the bottle.
- Glue to a brick for stability or hang in the shade outside of your window.
