What could be more Irish than green Jell-O?
1 (6-ounce) box lime jello
- Make according to directions on box.
- If it is not the color of green you like, add a drop or two of green food coloring.
- Add any type of fruit to jello.
- Spray a 9×12 Pyrex dish with Pam.
- Pour jello into dish. Refrigerate until it jells.
- Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip and garnish with green cherries.
