Betty Crocker fudge frosting mix
- Bake cake mix in paper baking cups as directed on package; cool.
- Remove papers.
- Prepare fudge frosting mix as directed on package.
- To form log, put two cupcakes together, end to end with frosting.
- Frost sides, leaving ends of logs (tops of cakes) unfrosted. With times of fork, make strokes in frosting to resemble bark.
- Decorate each log with hatchet cut from red construction paper. If desired, garnish plate with stemmed red cherries.
Makes 12 to 15.
