1 1/2 package natural flavor microwave popping corn
2 cups Ribbon Cane syrup
- Pop popcorn. Sort out the unpopped grains of corn and pour the rest into a large mixing bowl.
- Pour syrup into saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until a drop forms a hard ball in cold water.
- Pour syrup in all over the corn. Mix with a spoon.
- Spray hands with Pam or cover with butter.
- Mash popcorn into balls. Be careful of hot syrup.
- Place balls on wax paper to dry.
